Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Return shipping cost should be borne by the customer.
Send us an email at orders.mystichoney@gmail.com to inform us about the return shipment.
Please include your original order ID number in the email. After we have received your return shipment, we will notify you via email of your refund within 15 working days.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect product please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the product
